Occupancy

  • Maximum occupancy: 8 guests

  • Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.

  • No parties or events without owner’s written permission.

Noise

  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

  • Please be respectful of neighbors and the local community.

Smoking & Substances

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the home or studio.

  • Smoking outdoors is permitted only in designated areas.

  • No illegal substances on the property.

Pets

  • Pets are allowed with prior written approval.

  • Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and covering any damages.

Safety & Security

  • Lock all doors when leaving the property.

  • Keep valuables in the safe boxes provided.

  • Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In

  • Check-in time: 3:00 pm

  • Early check-in may be available upon request.

  • Entry instructions and access details will be provided before arrival.

Check-Out

  • Check-out time: 11:00 am

  • Please wash dishes, remove personal items, and turn off A/C units before leaving.

  • Late check-out must be approved in advance and may include a fee.

Pool & Outdoor Areas

Pool Use

  • Be safe around the pool. No life guards on duty.

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

  • No glassware in or near the pool.

Outdoor Furniture

  • Please return cushions and furniture to their original placement after use.

  • Protect outdoor furnishings from rain or overnight moisture when possible.

Damage & Liability

Damages

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to the property beyond normal wear and tear.

  • Report damage as soon as possible to avoid additional charges.

Liability

  • Casa Oleada is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.

  • By booking, guests agree to use the home and all amenities at their own risk.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • The home will be professionally cleaned prior to arrival.

  • Additional cleaning during your stay is available every 3 days.

  • Please notify us immediately of any maintenance concerns.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival

  • 50% refund for cancellations made 60-15 days before arrival

  • No refund within 14 days of arrival

Payment & Fees

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged

  1. Cleaning fee: $50 USD

  2. Additional fees may apply for unauthorized guests, excessive cleaning, or late check-out.
